Your STACC Certification URLs have been generated. Please find them below.
For step-by-step instructions on how to move forward, please view the Examination Manual.
If you have any questions or run into any issues, please do not hesitate to reply to this e-mail.
Testing URL(s) are only valid after payment or purchase order is received. Once payment or purchase order is
received, test URL(s) will be valid for 365 days.
Once you have completed testing, student PDF Certificates (for Certifications that provide one) will be
available for passing students in the STACC Portal by clicking the arrows on the right-hand
side of the table on the Enrollment's
page.
STACC Certification URLs:
Please pay attention to the following tips, as they should resolve the majority of issues encountered
when registering and enrolling students:
- Before doing anything, please make sure that your Organization's computers/tablets can access
both staccexams.com and staccexams.net.
- It is also critical that student e-mail addresses can receive e-mail messages from the Testing
Portal,
which always come from @staccexams.net. If student e-mail
addresses are unable to receive e-mail messages from that address, please let us know and we can
manually activate student accounts.
- Ensure that students are typing Certification URLs exactly as they appear above. Each URL contains
/l (a forward-slash then
lowercase "L") followed by another forward-slash and a unique 4-character ID.
- Ensure that computers/tablets do not have "Caps Lock" enabled when registering and logging into the
Testing Portal.
- If students run into issues logging-into the Testing Portal after registering, use the Forgot your username or password? link on
the login page to reset the student's password.
By executing this link the recipient agrees to the testing
Proctor Agreement and will ensure that all protocols are followed.
